Youth leader and minster made a judgment call allowing my son to get on frield trip bus and I,m there telling them he can't go. It was my week-end to pick him up.They hide him when they put him in there. I first went to the school to pick him up . He then left out the back door. I went to the chruch to see if he was there,they told me he wasnt then I seen them putting him on the bus.I told them he was to get off the bus that I had all the legal papers they needed too see.
They said they called his father and he said ok.I ask them to get his father to come there, How do they knos they even talk to his father they didnt ask him any questions to positve ID.him. So they took him left me standing there crying lost and scared,I didnt no what to do. Is there a way they can be sued for there actions, please help? Thank you

It sounds like the situation was really out of control.

Rather than a lawsuit, which could be more stressful that it is worth, can you go to the judge or get some legal aid to clarify and get help with the custody issues?
