How do I get rid of dark circles under my eyes?

Look all u have 2 do is buy something called cold cream it helps i will tell u what 2 do when u buy it 1.put it on the black stuf 2.then u put some water on it (NOT 2 MUCH A LITTLE BIT)3.then get a towel and rube then if it does not work keep on doing it ok my name is Nene and i am 11 i put makeup so i am a expert so do what i said and u will be OK BYE=].

Listen, my mom told me once that those circles are because I don't eat much so i guess you should do what nene said and at the same time eat healthy food :)
