From my own experience, pediatric consultations, lactation consultations, and the experience of other moms, I believe well-smushed (to the soupy point) bananas are good for first food. Others say rice cereal, but I prefer bananas - my own experience with my children is my main adviser. There is little to worry about allergy-wise with bananas. |

I have a four month old baby & what i have read is that this is not the right time to start weaning as their digestive track is not that strong & their head is still a little wobbly which can make them choke as we see sometimes even with milk they choke so wait for 5 to 6 months. |

Try giving her foods such as: mashed potato, mashed carrot, mashed banana, juice(only one kind once a week) and mashed rice.

Boiled carrets then mash them up, bananas mixed with formula or breast milk, mashed peas |
