We make a LOT of Barbeque Sauce. Rather than Can it...we freeze it!! We use Ziploc bags. Let the sauce cool before bagging. You can use a variety of sizes for your needs. Even the small "Snack" size bags are Very helpful to add flavoring for meatloafs etc.

Canning...is bulky, takes time etc. By freezing, it helps keep my big freezer full, and is EASY. Sometimes we pour it into a jar we have left over sometimes..just keep it in the baggy.

Hope this helps!!
