Recipe for Melting Pot's swiss cheese fondue?

My husband and I love the swiss cheese fondue like they make at the melting pot. We have a fondue pot and have made some cheese fondues, but it's not as good as the one we get there. Anyone have a recipe for it or know the secret?

Thanks, Tina

12 ounces beer
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded (mild Irish swiss works best)
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1-Mix cheeses with flour.
2-Heat beer in fondue pot until steaming.
3-Add Worcestershire, garlic, mustard and pepper; mix well.
4-Add cheese and stir until melted.
5-Use chunks of bread, veggies and apples for dipping in cheese mixture.

I just "googled" it and the following site came up giving the recipe which I am not including since it says it can't be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed...but...I bet they'd like to have you check out their site at:
http://www.news4jax.com/mornin...

It's evidently the official recipe since it is listed as courtesy of the Melting Pot complete with website, address and telephone number

My friends and I love to get together to 'fondue' but it became an expensive trip to the Melting Pot for the 7 of us to get together. Now we 'fondue' at home and with the purchase of the Melting Pot Cookbook we are able to sample the best of their original recipes. The Swiss Cheese fondue is my favorite! and when you follow the cookbook recipe (which is detailed better than the one mentioned online from Alwaysasking) it is perfect! Check out their cookbook and keep watching for new editions!
