I have an idea for a software program, how do I find someone to make the program for me inexpensively?

There are a couple of web sites where you can put your project up for bids and coders will bid on it. There are coders overseas that will do work pretty cheap, just be sure to look through their feedback and ratings to see what other customers have thought of their work.

Try http://www.getafreelancer.com... , http://www.rentacoder.com... , and http://www.scriptlance... . Those are some of the basic ones.

Just ignore the coders that post really high bids and obviously didn't even read your project description. You'll get some junk bids, but you'll get some legit ones as well.

Yes , you can make programs through many softwares,
specially, Pascal, Cobol etc will make it effectively

I also have an idea for a software program but do not know how to go about it. I would be very interested to hear of anything you discover in the process.
