I’ve bought two laptop computers from them.
The first one was like new and a great deal.
A few years later a bought second one. It was very scratched up on the outside. The screen and function were fine, but it looked awful.
I complained and they accepted it back and returned the money. They did point out that it was advertised as refurbished and could have minor blemishes (the first one I bought was promoted the same way). I pointed out that the blemishes were not minor! Anyway, they took it back and all was fine.
Just be aware of the conditions, some products are new or ‘resealed’.
They’ve been good to me, I would not hesitate to use them again, but will probably stick to new/resealed items.
