There’s a 99.99% probabability that this is absolute fruad and an attempt to scam you.
I only leave a .01% because I run an online business and have occasionally held a contest or had a giveaway for my existing customers. But if that was the case here, you would know who was writing to you and would recognize it as someone you had done business with and it would be something reasonable.
In the case of someone contacting you out of the blue and saying they have something for you… it’s junk and a con. Don’t fall for it.
