I received my settlement check and my lawyer deposited it ito his law firm’s trust account three days ago how long will it take me to receive my money?

You should receive the your share of the settlement any day now. You should call your attorney and ask about it. It only takes one day for a check to clear.

My attorney and i went to mediation on Oct 7th 2010, and the check was written right there at the mediation meeting, i have called to see what is taking so long for me to receive my check, and it seems like i am getting a run around. How long should it take to receive my check? What can i do to hurry the process it has been over a month already.

You should have the difference within 7-10 days
depending on the type of settlement or garnishments to the amount owed to you.
