I am a 21 year old college student and have roughly 4k I have roughly 2k in a weak vanguard growth fund which isn’t gaining any money I am looking to liquidate the 2k from the vanguard fund and start investing on ETRADE. It would be great if some one could give me some insight and answers on what I should do with this money I would like this 4k to grow so I can use for when I am out of college.
