No credit card with me ,is there in service for payments online i know about pay pal but it still needs a credit card also , mainly for USA transactions online

That’s a hard one.
The problem may end up being that you have to use something that the seller will accept and is set up to take.
There’s a service called e-gold at http://www.e-gold.com I don’t know much about it and personally find their website confusing, but you might check into that or find a tutorial about it. I think it might be an alternative to using credit cards online.
If you have a debit card with a visa logo, you can often use that as a way to pay, the funds come straight out of your bank account instead of it being credit.
Just checked and google checkout requires a credit card too.
You might contact the merchant you want to do business with and see what other methods they accept.
