I wanted to prove if I had any American Indian ancestry,so I took a DNA test,it came back saying,I was MESTIZO and SHALISHAN Indian,they said I needed to have a tribal score done,whats a tribal score and how do I go about getting one?

Try contacting the tribe directly. Usually there’s an address listed if you Google it. Some nations require a certain percentage like 1/4th to qualify, but others require less.
Also, go to your local library and check out your family history. Microfiche is helpful, but it takes awhile to search.
