Three of my fishes died the other ones look like they were sprinkled with salt and also thier fins rotted away and will thier fins and health restore back to normal? Also is it infecting?

Sounds like it could be ICK. Research fish diseases on-line and compare photos. Usually the small white "salt" dots are indicative of this disease. Yes, it’s highly contagious. Once in a tank, it’s best to plan on taking it completely apart for cleansing once the fish have healed (don’t hold out a lot of hope here) or died off.
ICK is very easy to bring home with a new fish and is very common. Although sometimes hard to do, it’s best to set up a quarantine aquarium to put your new fish into before introducing them to your regular aquarium community.
