I have a 3 month old female Cocker Spaniel and everytime we pet her or we raise our voice she pee pee’s where ever she is. How can we stop this problem before it gets any worse?

From what I have read, at that age, it is just a matter of not having bladder control. It shouldn’t be punished, or it will become submissive urination. One thing I read was that when you come home, don’t pay any attention to the puppy, go out and come back in again–trying to get her not to get overexcited at your appearance. This should eventually disappear as the puppy gets more mature. Hope this helps!!
