What is potato bread?
Is it actually made from potato? Are there advantages?
Just noticed it the other day in stores, was wondering.

You’d have to check the ingredient list to get an idea of the proportion of potato to wheat, but most "Potato" bread is a mix. If you are sensitive, or allergic to wheat "Potato" bread is not your choice, except under the direction of your doctor.
