Friends and family members can donate blood to a specific person. It’s called a directed donation.

Your and your childs blook will have to be compatable, and your blood will have to be tested and there are other health screenings that will need to be passed, of course. But it’s doable, talk to the doctors involved well ahead of time to set things up.
