How many times do you need to do sit-ups for you stomach to expand or sherink (sorry for misspelled words i’m just 10 years old)

I have tried sit up after sit up and it does nothing like the person before me said you have to do more then just that i got into pilates and it helps alot!

Hi Destiny, welcome to CK.
Sit ups, by themselves, are not going to make your stomach expand or shrink.
What would be better is:
1) an overall excercise program, something that includes all muscle groups.
2) a healthy diet. Eating healthy foods in healthy portions. Don’t under or over eat.
I do a martial arts class four times a week. Other good overall excercises are biking, swimming, gymnastics, jogging. Things that work your whole body. Try to find something you enjoy doing, otherwise you won’t stick with it.
You won’t get results right away, it takes time, so you do want to stick with it.
At 10 – this is going to be the hard part, almost impossible – but I challenge you to do it. Think long term. You want to be healthy at 11, and 15, and 20, 30, 50, 80.
So don’t try to force anything short term. Don’t try to look like someone else. Be you. But be a healthy you. Don’t overthink it. Just find something that’s fun and gets you to be active, avoid the junk food, eat healthy foods.
