Please can you clarify – are you trying to "back up" your SIM card, or just delete all stored entries on the SIM? If you just want to delete them, probably the best bet is to go through them on your mobile handset deleting them – depending on your phone you might be able to temporarily disable using the phone’s own memory so you don’t accidentally delete entries you need to keep!
