Washington and Lincoln.
However, Presidents’ Day, or President’s Day, or Presidents Day (depends on the source) is really rather messy.
Officially, the federal holiday is called Washington’s Day. There was a proposal to change it, but it failed.
Somes states and people celebrate it as a combined birtday between Washington (2/22) and Lincoln’s (2/12).
Others as Washington’s birthday.
And others as a generic ‘all’ presidents day.
